This service covers installation of water service to disconnected account.

Full payment of unpaid water bill, reconnection fee and other necessary charges.

 1. Proceed to the Customer and fill-up application form.

1.1 Prepare application for reconnection and Memorandum Receipt.

1.2 Direct customer to teller for payment.

 2. Proceed to pay the outstanding water bill (if any), reconnection fee, plus materials (if applicable)

2.1 Accepts payment and issue Official Receipt.

2.2 Forward to Commercial Division the documents for processing

3.1 Inform the client of the reconnection.

3.2 Ask client to sign the reconnection order.
