This service covers installation of water service to disconnected account. Full payment of unpaid water bill, reconnection fee and other necessary charges.

1. Proceed to the Customer Service Section and fill out the service request form. 1.1 Prepare application for reconnection and Memorandum Receipt.
1.2 Direct customer to teller for payment.

2. Proceed to pay the outstanding water bill (if any), reconnection fee, plus materials (if applicable) 2.1 Accepts payment and issue Official Receipt.
2.2 Forward to Commercial Division the documents for processing

3. Reconnection of water service. 3.1 Inform the client of the reconnection.
